The free trial includes all three products with the same features as are available in the paid versions. It has a volume limit of 800 000 visits.
In essence, nothing. You can use Extellio for free during the trial period. There is no automatic upgrade at the end of the free trial and no charges until you actively upgrade to a paid license.
Yes, keep your current analytics software if you want to. It's no problem to run two in parallel.
If you don't use Extellio analytics, you will lose the option to segment your other data based on analytics events.
A website is defined as the domain name, including all top-level domains, subdirectories, and paths you might use. Subdomains require a separate license.

We give a 10% discount if you use all three products. The price shown above includes the bundle discount.
The number of visits (or sessions) to your website where at least one page has been loaded. It's not the same as unique visitors. If you have any type of analytics installed you'll see it there or it should be available in your CMS. Look for "sessions" or "visits".
Please note that a visit/session times out after 30 min. Any visitor staying longer will begin a new session after 30 min.
An action is recorded every time a visitor:

During a free trial, you'll get exact data on the exact number of actions your website generates.
Extellio includes 4 actions per visit, which covers the need for more than 99% of all websites. If your website generates more actions than what's included, we'll add a small charge. See below regarding what happens when you reach the volume limit.

Samples are the pageviews that are captured for a heatmap.
Session recordings capture full sessions (all pageviews in one session).
Extellio includes the capture of 30% of all visits spread out per day of a month. When the limit is reached, the sampling will stop, and you'll get notified.

For heatmaps & session recordings, Extellio will stop collecting data when you reach the set level of samples and/or recordings.
For analytics, Extellio will keep collecting data above the set level of actions. You will be charged retroactively for the extra volume at the same price/volume as on your chosen level of actions.
For surveys, Extellio will keep collecting data above the set level of visits. You will be charged retroactively for the extra volume at the same price/volume as on your chosen level of visits.
Billing
No, you don't. Your trial will end at the set date, and you won't be charged if you don't upgrade.
The default payment method is by credit card. If you want to pay in any other way, it's possible but subject to approval.
